Questions

What is an IT digital twin?

A 3D model of a building with its IT equipment placed where it really is, each device showing its live state from monitoring.

Where do the devices come from?

In the demo they are IFC elements (IfcCommunicationsAppliance and others) in a purpose-built office model. In a real site they come from the building model or are placed by hand.

Is the feed real?

The demo feed is simulated and marked as such. A real one connects to your RMM or monitoring tool.
